 Farm to Cup

Since 1992, Honolulu Coffee has been farming, roasting, brewing and serving the finest Kona specialty coffee in the world. Thanks to our high-quality, sustainable harvesting process and fine-tuned roasting methods, you'll taste our passion for superior quality brewed into each flavourful cup.

Our Farm-to-Cup Story begins at our prized Kona coffee farm, located among the lush slopes of the Mauna Loa Volcano on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii.

Kona’s nutrient-rich terroir, tropical rain showers, and natural shade provided by afternoon cloud cover create the ideal growing conditions for one of the rarest coffees in the world. After three years of growth and hard work, it’s time for our farmers to harvest their crops. Only the finest ripe deep-red coffee cherries are hand-picked to be dried and roasted into beans. Then, the freshly picked coffee cherries are dried in the sun and turned in every 30 minutes. Finally, the coffee is milled and roasted to bring out its unique aroma and natural fruit-like tasting notes. This perfect combination results in the world’s richest, smoothest tasting coffee.
